Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Nayatel is looking for a creative, tech-savvy and trend-conscious Content Creator to join its Marketing team. You will be the visual and narrative voice of the brand across its digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Create graphics, carousels and digital assets for social media campaigns and product launches
• Produce content on product features, customer testimonials, tech tips, behind-the-scenes and relatable memes
• Develop content strategies with other teams and act as a brand ambassador on camera when required
• Keep content aligned with the brand's tone of voice and premium positioning
• Monitor local and global trends and meme culture among the Pakistani audience, experiment with new formats and use AI tools for ideation, storyboarding and editing
• Track content performance metrics and use insights to improve future strategies

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands-on content creation experience, preferably in telecom, tech or a fast-paced digital agency
• Exceptional command of Urdu (including Roman Urdu for social media copy) and English
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities

Required skills

• Video editing software such as advanced CapCut or equivalent
• Graphic design with Canva or equivalent
• Understanding of lighting, camera operation and audio recording for in-house shoots
