Compliance Manager - Multi Destination

About the role

AHZ Pakistan, an international student recruitment and placement consultancy founded in 2011-12, is hiring a full-time, on-site Compliance Manager in Lahore. The role ensures that student recruitment and placement activities comply with the policies, regulations and standards of multiple destination countries and partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and documentation, verify eligibility and authenticity, and maintain accurate records
• Monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements
• Develop and update compliance procedures and coordinate with counselors and admissions teams
• Liaise with international partners to align processes with university and governmental guidelines
• Conduct regular audits, prepare compliance reports, provide training on best practices and support continuous improvement of workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Education Management or a related field; a master's degree or compliance certification is an advantage
• Prior experience in international student recruitment, admissions or compliance roles is highly beneficial
• Experience in documentation review, record management and quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage multiple destinations or markets, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail, ethical mindset and commitment to confidentiality

Required skills

• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks and policy implementation in international education or a related sector
• Data analysis, reporting and use of office and CRM software to track applications and compliance status
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
