About the role
AY Growth Hub is looking for a creative Content Strategist & Reel Creator to design and produce engaging short‑form video content for a variety of clients. The role is based on‑site in Lahore and includes night‑shift availability and occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Research trending and viral formats across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Generate fresh content ideas and develop content strategies to boost engagement and reach.
- Create reels and short‑form videos that turn products, services or images into compelling social posts.
- Repurpose existing assets into multiple reel formats.
- Stay updated on platform trends, audience behavior and brand guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas.
- Basic knowledge of reel creation and short‑form video production for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently and meet night‑shift schedules.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and travel as needed.
