Country Manager – Lahore

About the role

International Workplace Group plc (IWG) is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead its operations in Lahore, Pakistan. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive business growth, ensure world‑class customer service, and develop a high‑performing local team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a country team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and implement performance improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
• Hire, train, retain talent and ensure succession planning.
• Set clear KPIs for each function and review them monthly.
• Maximise sales revenue by improving lead conversion and executing country sales plans.
• Expand the flexible workspace network through partnerships with landlords and investment partners.
• Manage costs and improve business efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, competitive pricing and act as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies.

• Proven commercial track record of driving revenue and profit growth.
• Strong leadership ability to recruit, train and develop top talent.
• Commercial focus with knowledge of pricing, revenue levers and lead conversion.
• Experience in network or business development and expansion planning.
