Customer Lifecycle Specialist - Financial

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to own and optimise the end‑to‑end journey of our financial customers. You will drive activation, retention and re‑activation initiatives through data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise automated CRM campaigns via Email, SMS, Push Notifications and In‑App messages.
• Manage customer segmentation, onboarding, loyalty, referral and win‑back programmes.
• Monitor lifecycle KPIs such as conversion, churn, retention and campaign performance, producing regular reports.
• Conduct funnel analysis and A/B testing to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure customer‑centric execution.
• Guarantee that all campaigns meet regulatory, compliance and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign processes, governance and engagement frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, growth or digital marketing within fintech, remittance, e‑commerce or financial services.
• Proven ability to analyse customer data, segment audiences and report on performance metrics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM automation platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot or Iterable.
• Strong analytical capabilities for cohort analysis, funnel optimisation and KPI tracking.
