About the role
Everlink Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join its call centre team for inbound and outbound voice campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for FE and MVA voice campaigns.
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs while maintaining professional communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 months of call‑center experience, preferably in MVA or FE campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills and confident, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
