Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work on‑site in Rawalpindi, handling inbound customer inquiries via phone and other channels. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and messages, providing product and service information.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and document all interactions in internal systems.
• Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet performance targets and improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent phone etiquette, clear verbal communication, and good listening abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call‑center software.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes and scripts.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Rawalpindi and collaborate in a team environment.
• Prior call‑center or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum education at secondary level; higher qualifications are an advantage.
