About the role

Revenue Orbit Marketing seeks a detail‑oriented Verification Specialist to handle motor vehicle accident (MVA) verification calls. The role involves qualifying potential claimants and connecting them with the legal intake team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Verify accident details, contact information, injury status, treatment history, and other relevant case information.
• Follow qualification criteria and verification scripts, confirming accuracy and completeness of information.
• Connect qualified individuals with the appropriate legal intake team through live call transfers.
• Document call outcomes, verification notes, and dispositions accurately in the CRM or dialer.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a smooth handoff to the intake team.

Required profile

• Previous MVA verification or personal injury call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to ask structured questions and accurately document responses.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and live call transfers is an advantage.
• Target‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Rawalpindi.
