About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative to join its customer-focused team. The role involves helping customers, resolving their concerns and providing effective solutions across different communication channels. The position is based on site in Karachi, with a 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer queries and support requests
Provide clear and accurate information to customers
Identify issues and offer appropriate solutions
Follow up on unresolved queries when required
Record and maintain details of customer interactions
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Required profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Professional and confident communication style
Previous experience in Customer Support, BPO or Call Center is a plus
