Telesales Representative - Logistics & Shipping

About the role

Aston International, a global shipping and logistics provider offering freight forwarding, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customs clearance, is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative in Karachi South District. The role makes outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presents logistics and shipping solutions and converts leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers and explain service offerings
• Answer customer inquiries and follow up on leads provided by the sales and marketing teams
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with operations to ensure service alignment
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Support customers with basic service-related issues and give market feedback to improve offerings
• Take part in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Required profile

• Relevant experience in telesales, call center operations or inside sales, preferably in logistics, shipping or related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District, manage time well and perform in a target-driven environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage

• CRM proficiency and basic computer applications for call logging, data entry and reporting
