ReallTime is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Services Limousine professional in Lahore who speaks English. The role handles incoming calls and inquiries from limousine service customers, giving accurate information on bookings, schedules and service options. It is based at ReallTime's office in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from limousine customers
• Provide accurate information about bookings, schedules and service options
• Manage reservations and update customer details
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Address concerns, resolve service issues and follow up to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear records, follow company procedures and represent the company's service standards

Required profile

• Strong customer support and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience
• Professional phone etiquette and clear spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle diverse customers calmly and professionally
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore full time, including evenings, weekends or holidays if required
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation or a related field is beneficial
• Reliable, detail-oriented and committed to a consistent service experience
