Customer Success Executive

About the role

The Ranking Geeks is seeking a Customer Success Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive account growth through proactive management, retention, and strategic upselling and cross‑selling of digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing account management.
• Maintain regular communication to understand client goals, expectations, and business needs.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities by recommending relevant digital marketing services.
• Focus on client retention, satisfaction, renewals, and long‑term relationship development.
• Monitor account performance and coordinate with SEO, PPC, web development, and other internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle recurring payments, invoices, outstanding balances, and client follow‑ups professionally.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, account management, client servicing, or business development, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and communicate service value effectively.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Understanding of client retention, account growth, and recurring revenue management.
