Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of construction‑estimating clients, ensuring they understand and effectively use QTO Solutions’ services to meet project goals. This full‑time, on‑site position in Sahiwal focuses on onboarding, ongoing support, and long‑term relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and conduct regular check‑ins.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and enhance service offerings.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to recommend process improvements.
• Prepare status reports and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends, and provide insights.
• Proven experience in relationship building and long‑term client retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; construction or estimating experience is a plus.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts.
• Willingness to learn industry‑specific platforms used in construction estimating.
