Customer Support Engineer (Level 2)

About the role

A client, a leading brand in the electronics and mobile industry, is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join its team in Lahore on a full-time onsite basis. The engineer provides second-level support for Finance Plus Services, covering dealer management systems, merchant applications and customer-facing mobile apps. The role calls for strong technical troubleshooting, familiarity with Android and AWS, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Finance Plus services, addressing issues across dealer, merchant and customer platforms
• Serve as the point of contact for complex technical issues raised by customers and dealers
• Analyze logs and configurations (AWS CloudWatch, Android client) to identify engineering defects
• Reproduce and troubleshoot issues by reconfiguring customer, dealer or dashboard environments
• Create and maintain support documentation and best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Up to 4 years of professional work experience
• Experience in Android mobile application development
• Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Android device administration
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent multitasking, communication and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux and MySQL is highly desirable
• Ability to debug using AWS logs and Android device logs
