Data Analyst (Finance Reporting)

About the role

The Data Analyst will ensure finance data is accurate, organized, and ready for reporting across the finance organization. Working from Pakistan, you will partner closely with FP&A and accounting teams to pull, clean, and transform data from multiple systems into reliable KPI dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and validate finance data from ERP, HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse.
• Build and maintain recurring KPI reports and dashboards for the finance function.
• Own the accuracy and integrity of finance data used for decision‑making.
• Automate reporting processes and document data standards.
• Support FP&A and Accounting with ad‑hoc data requests on revenue, bookings, cash, and balance‑sheet items.
• Maintain headcount, non‑compensation expense, and variable compensation data, reconciling inputs across HRIS, general ledger, and FP&A.
• Assist in preparing compensation plans as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or data analysis (including internships).
• Strong attention to detail and habit of verifying work for accuracy.
• Clear written and spoken English and ability to work across US time zones.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
• Experience with ERP or general‑ledger systems such as NetSuite.
• Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
