Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our Lahore team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that enable analytical and predictive solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Develop, deploy, and evaluate predictive models and A/B tests.
• Work with cloud data warehouses and lakes including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with modern data technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Python (or R) and SQL.
• Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, and data‑visualisation tools.
• Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster for workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and cloud data lakes (S3, GCS, ADLS).
