Data Entry Administrator

About the role

Gapp Search is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join its Lahore team. This is a hands-on support role focused on keeping company and candidate data accurate, up to date and well organised, working across spreadsheets, databases and online research so the wider team can work efficiently. The position is full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets and internal databases
• Carry out online research and verify information
• Maintain candidate, company and general business records
• Check data for errors, duplicates and missing information
• Keep spreadsheets and databases clean and organised
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks

Required profile

• No previous recruitment experience needed; previous data entry or administration experience is useful but fresh candidates are welcome
• Organised, accurate and comfortable working with data
• Good English reading and comprehension
• Confidence in online research, good organisation and time management
• Ability to work consistently and accurately without close supervision
• Able to commute to the Lahore office and work the stated hours

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience using Google Sheets
