Data Entry Operator - Affiliate Coordinator

About the role

Digivate Agency is looking for a careful, organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator in Lahore. The role covers entering, updating, verifying and maintaining information in databases and digital platforms, supporting digital marketing activities. The position is full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain data in databases and online platforms
• Check records for errors, missing details and inconsistencies
• Keep databases organized and up to date
• Maintain data used for digital marketing activities
• Protect confidential information and follow data security procedures
• Work with colleagues to complete assignments on time and manage your own workload independently

Required profile

• Good typing speed and accurate, consistent typing, data entry and proofreading
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Clear communication skills for requesting corrections and coordinating with colleagues
• Good time management, dependability and ability to meet routine deadlines
• Willingness to learn new systems and support records used by digital marketing teams

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formatting and basic formulas
