Data Insights Specialist

About the role

The Data Insights Specialist will turn raw data into actionable business intelligence for Jazz. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will design, build, and operationalise analytics solutions using Python, SQL, MSBI tools and modern ETL/ELT techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL Server, SSRS and Tableau.
• Build, optimise, and document data pipelines, data marts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Own end‑to‑end analytics deliverables, ensuring data integrity, validation and documentation.
• Participate in predictive analytics and AI projects, applying basic LLM and RAG model knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end BI projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technologists, stakeholders and executives.
• Result‑oriented, self‑driven and adaptable.
