DevOps Engineer

About the role

Code District is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimise its cloud infrastructure for a range of clients. The role is fully on‑site in Gulberg, Lahore and involves working closely with development and operations teams to deliver reliable, secure services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AWS resources (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, EKS) and Azure services (VMs, Blob Storage, Virtual Networks, AKS).
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation; ARM/Bicep knowledge is a plus.
• Maintain container platforms with Docker and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Monitor systems with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana and Azure Monitor.
• Ensure security, reliability and performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong practical experience with AWS; exposure to Azure is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Go.
