Digital Fundraising Consultant

About the role

The Digital Fundraising Consultant will lead the design, execution and optimisation of digital fundraising campaigns for UNICEF Pakistan. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will use data‑driven strategies to acquire new donors, retain existing supporters and maximise donor lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑driven digital fundraising campaigns across online advertising, SEM and social media channels.
• Develop data‑centric strategies to improve donor acquisition efficiency and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Analyse donor behaviour, campaign performance and key metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS, donor value) to inform continuous improvement.
• Coordinate digital creative development with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring compliance with UNICEF brand guidelines.
• Prepare detailed creative briefs for media partners and agencies.
• Monitor and report on KPI dashboards using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing digital fundraising or marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with nonprofit donor acquisition and retention processes.
