Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytically minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our e‑commerce team. You will help shape our brand’s online presence, produce compelling content, and optimise user experiences to drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• E‑commerce Store Management – update product listings, collections, banners and basic store content.
• Content Creation & Management – produce written, visual and short‑form content for the website, social media, email and blogs, ensuring brand consistency.
• Content Market Research – analyse industry trends, audience behaviour, competitor strategies and keyword opportunities.
• CRO & UX/UI Awareness – suggest improvements to landing and product pages and collaborate with design/development on data‑driven UX recommendations.
• Social Media Management – plan, schedule and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and engage the community.
• Digital PR & Brand Outreach – support influencer outreach, link‑building and online reputation activities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Strong content creation abilities (writing, ideation and basic visual design).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and engagement drivers.
• Familiarity with CRO principles and digital PR tactics.
• Excellent research skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic experience with e‑commerce platforms for routine store tasks.
• Fluent written English and a proactive, self‑learning mindset.
