Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Intern to Mid Level)

About the role

InformaticsLab is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel B2B campaigns that generate high‑quality leads for AI‑driven solutions, custom software, and IT consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven digital marketing strategies to attract qualified B2B leads and build conversion funnels.
• Plan and execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO initiatives, conduct keyword research, and manage blog content to improve rankings and traffic.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms, managing budgets and improving ROI metrics such as ROAS, CPL and CAC.
• Create compelling content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, social posts, and email campaigns aligned with AI and digital transformation themes.
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence (primary B2B focus) as well as Facebook and Instagram, driving brand authority and engagement.
• Design marketing creatives and edit videos for ads, reels, and promotional material using graphic and video tools.
• Track key performance indicators, generate regular reports, and continuously optimise campaigns based on analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of lead‑generation funnels, conversion optimisation, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
