About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our branding and digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and brand‑building strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity and online presence.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, platforms, and communications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
• Create and manage social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify new opportunities to improve brand positioning and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing successful branding and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics and performance‑measurement tools.
• Creative mindset with strong problem‑solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Results‑driven approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
