Social Media Manager

About the role

We are building multiple personal brands in the e‑commerce space (Shopify, Amazon, and digital growth) and need a Social Media Manager to create a content‑driven authority ecosystem that generates inbound leads and drives business growth. This role goes beyond simple posting – it focuses on strategy, AI‑enabled production, and lead‑generation alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform‑specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, including research on viral trends and competitor content.
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars, generate viral hooks, video concepts, series ideas, and write short‑form scripts, long‑form outlines, and LinkedIn posts.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms) to generate ideas, improve scripts, repurpose content, and build workflows that increase output and reduce production time.
• Plan and manage content shoots, direct the founder on delivery and on‑camera performance, and coordinate with video editors to maintain style and quality.
• Turn a single piece of content into multiple assets (shorts, reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts) and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
• Optimize profiles (bios, covers, thumbnails, links), track platform algorithms, and adapt quickly to trends.
• Monitor analytics (views, engagement, follower growth, lead generation) to identify winning patterns and iterate.
• Align content with offers, funnels, CTAs and support the inbound pipeline from content to direct message to call.

Required profile

• Experience managing personal brands or content‑driven accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation workflows (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Ability to spot viral trends and craft high‑performing copy.
• Experience collaborating with editors and content teams.
