Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and online sales. You will work closely with design, sales and e‑commerce teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Plan marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Create ad creatives, promotional content and audience‑targeting plans.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to sync campaigns with promotional calendars.
• Manage social media presence, schedule content and engage the community.
• Support SEO optimisation, website traffic growth and digital reporting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance or brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, audience targeting and conversion‑focused strategies.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing and analytics/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
