Digital Production Coordinator

About the role

BrightSpyre is hiring a Digital Production Coordinator in Islamabad to support USEFP's mission of fostering mutual understanding between Pakistan and the United States through educational and cultural exchange, public diplomacy and digital engagement. The role produces high-quality visual and multimedia content (graphics, photos, video and audio) for USEFP and EducationUSA Pakistan and helps grow the reach of its digital channels. The position reports to the Senior Communication Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and produce graphics, infographics, short-form video and other multimedia content for USEFP platforms in line with branding.
• Cover events, workshops and webinars on photo and video, including on-camera interviews with grantees, alumni, partners and officials.
• Develop platform-specific formats and recurring series such as reels, carousels and alumni spotlights.
• Coordinate with the program and alumni teams and the Lahore and Karachi offices, obtain photo and video consent, and train staff in basic content capture.
• Maintain a tagged archive of video and design assets, track equipment and software licenses, manage the content calendar and daily publishing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication, media studies, graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline (essential).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital media content production, photography, advertising and communications (essential).
• Hands-on experience creating graphics, short-form video and photography, and covering events with photo and video, including on-camera interviews (essential).
• Share 3-5 links to original work showing measurable results such as reach, engagement or audience growth (essential).
• Experience with a nonprofit or international organization is desirable.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva and mobile editing apps (essential)
• Basic motion graphics or audio editing (desirable)
• Writing in English and Urdu, with excellent command of both (essential)
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools, and MS Office (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility for events outside standard hours. The contract is 1 year and extendable. Starting gross salary is Rs. 202,487 per month. Employment is contingent on a criminal and security background check.
