Direct Sales Executive - B2C

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Direct Sales Executive to help StormFiber expand its market presence by acquiring new B2C customers. The role involves door‑to‑door selling, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and presentations to promote StormFiber services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience (telecom/FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
