Director Creatives & Brands

About the role

RDX Sports is hiring a Director Creatives & Brands for its Islamabad office, working onsite. The role leads global brand strategy, creative direction, e-commerce growth and Shopify development across international markets, and oversees creative, content, paid media, organic marketing, social media and performance marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global brand strategy, creative direction, e-commerce growth and Shopify development across international markets.
• Oversee creative, content, paid media, organic marketing, social media and performance marketing teams.
• Develop brand positioning, integrated campaigns and marketing strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead creative campaigns, product storytelling, photography, videography and digital content production.
• Manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms, ensuring measurable ROI.
• Oversee organic marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, content planning and community engagement.
• Lead the Shopify e-commerce and software development function, including website optimisation, integrations, technical roadmaps and UX.
• Drive e-commerce growth through conversion rate optimisation, merchandising, customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, product and operations teams on product launches, go-to-market strategies and international expansion.
• Manage marketing and technology budgets, KPIs, performance reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Recruit, develop and lead multidisciplinary teams, setting responsibilities, workflows and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled marketing, automation, digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business or a related field.
• Foreign education from a reputable international university is mandatory.
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in brand management, integrated marketing, digital commerce or related functions.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic business functions.
• Proven experience with internationally recognised brands, global product-based companies, consumer brands or international e-commerce businesses.
• Demonstrated experience leading creative, content, paid media, organic marketing and performance marketing functions.
• Experience overseeing Shopify-based e-commerce operations and software development teams.
• Experience managing budgets, senior stakeholders, external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work onsite in Islamabad, Pakistan.
