User Acquisition Expert - ASO Executive

About the role

Apex Logics is looking for an experienced, results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join its growing mobile gaming team. The role covers planning, running and optimising user acquisition campaigns to drive quality installs, improve ROAS and scale mobile games across global markets. The position is based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi and requires 2-3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run user acquisition strategies for mobile games
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin and other ad networks
• Monitor and optimise CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention and LTV
• Scale profitable campaigns and track competitor activity and market trends
• Work with creative, product, game development and analytics teams, and run creative testing
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or mobile app/game marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps or games
• Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Firebase
• A/B testing, campaign optimisation and creative analysis experience
