Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily delivery routes to ensure timely transportation services.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding needs and promoting company services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to support sales targets and business growth.
• Prepare and process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately.
• Monitor shipments in real‑time, providing customers with updates and ensuring schedule compliance.
• Document interactions, sales activities, and dispatch details in CRM systems.
• Prioritise multiple tasks to meet operational deadlines while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to identify service enhancement opportunities.
