E-Commerce Account Manager – Remote (USD Paid)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing US‑based performance marketing agency as an E‑Commerce Account Manager. You will own the strategic relationship with 7–10 e‑commerce clients, shaping offers, funnels, email/SMS tactics, and conversion levers while guiding media buyers and collaborating with design and engineering specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for each client and maintain a living growth plan.
• Define ad angles, offers, funnel priorities, and email/SMS strategies based on performance data.
• Identify AOV, conversion rate, and LTV opportunities and translate them into actionable briefs.
• Drive account expansion across channels, scopes, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with media buying, email, CRO, and creative teams to execute priorities.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–4 years managing and growing e‑commerce client accounts in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel e‑commerce, including Meta Ads, email/SMS, and CRO principles.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with high ownership and accountability.
• Availability to work remotely during EST business hours (9 am–6 pm, Mon‑Fri).
