E-commerce Ads & Growth Specialist (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Ads & Growth Specialist to drive paid advertising and product scaling for our dropshipping store, targeting both the local Pakistani market and online audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google.
• Research and identify winning products for the Pakistan COD market and broader online customers.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve ROAS.
• Test ad creatives, audiences and offers, and optimise based on performance data.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s cash‑on‑delivery market and local buying behaviour.
• Demonstrated ability to research products and scale winning items.
• Comfort with analytics and improving conversion rates.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or creative direction is a plus.
