E‑Commerce & Social Media Manager (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to manage our e‑commerce listings and social media channels. This part‑time, remote position is ideal for candidates with entry‑level experience who are passionate about online marketing and digital communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings on e‑commerce platforms ensuring accurate and engaging information.
• Develop and execute a strategic social‑media plan across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other channels.
• Create compelling graphics, videos and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and audience behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyse digital‑marketing metrics and recommend optimisations for campaigns.
• Engage with online audiences, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to align online communication with business objectives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in e‑commerce management and social‑media marketing (up to 1 year).
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms, best practices and emerging trends.
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Creative mindset and strong organisational skills.
