Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Bahawalpur)

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems at Vivo Pakistan's facility. The role ensures continuous production, minimizes downtime, and supports customer service with clear technical communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive mobile phones from customers or distributors for repair and keep customers informed of status.
• Study and interpret repair manuals, circuit designs, and technical guidance for mobile phone maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation related to repairs, circuit designs, and maintenance procedures.
• Identify early signs of equipment problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Support service consultants during absences or peak periods to ensure uninterrupted service.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant industry experience.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and company policies.
