Executive Quality of Sales

About the role

PTCL is looking for an Executive Quality of Sales to ensure the sales order process runs smoothly, meeting KYC, feasibility and quality standards before installation. You will work closely with cross‑functional, field and operations teams to guarantee timely service provisioning and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Verify KYC compliance, feasibility and quality standards for each sales order before installation.
• Collaborate with field, operations and other teams to implement best practices and ensure timely service provisioning.
• Monitor post‑installation M1 & M2 bill payments and maintain accurate DDS/KIOSK records.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales order performance.
• Develop, refine and maintain SOPs for KYC, feasibility checks and post‑installation quality assessments.
• Support customer relationship management and retention initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to drive business improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in quality assurance, sales operations or customer service, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of KYC regulations and billing processes.
