Executive Secretary to CEO

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Secretary to support the CEO of Roots International Schools in Islamabad. The role involves coordinating with department heads, managing the CEO’s agenda, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with heads of departments, regional managers and senior executives to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO.
• Arrange travel, visa processing and itineraries for the CEO and visitors.
• Correspond on behalf of the CEO, preparing, summarizing and editing letters, emails and meeting minutes.
• Extend protocol to visitors and manage their travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain an effective network of internal and external contacts.
• Plan, organize and coordinate functions and special events on behalf of the CEO.
• Maintain files and records in an organized and efficient manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with back‑office software such as ERP systems.
