Executive Surveillance Operations

About the role

The Executive Surveillance Operations role is responsible for safeguarding PTCL Group’s assets, networks and information systems. You will monitor activities, identify vulnerabilities, support incident response and implement surveillance measures to enhance the organisation’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functionality and performance of surveillance systems to ensure effective security monitoring.
• Lead the rehabilitation and enhancement of surveillance infrastructure to improve reliability and coverage.
• Drive optimisation initiatives to reduce security and physical‑enforcement costs while maintaining effectiveness.
• Ensure secure backup and retention of surveillance records for investigations and compliance.
• Strengthen physical security measures through continuous improvement of surveillance and protection systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC‑recognised institute.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Competency in raid systems, data backup, networking and MS Office.
