Experienced Cold Caller (Night Shift)

About the role

Digital Qrew is hiring an experienced cold caller for its team in Wapda Town, Lahore. The position is full-time and on-site, on a night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Candidates must have at least one year of hands-on cold-calling experience; freshers and those without this experience will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce the services professionally, explaining their benefits.
• Identify potential customers and qualify leads.
• Handle objections and keep conversations professional.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Record call outcomes and update lead information accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional cold-calling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with international clients, especially US-based prospects.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional tone.
• A reliable and professional work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
