HR Manager - Hospitality

About the role

Namuve is looking for an HR Manager in Lahore to lead core human resources operations for its hospitality business. The manager oversees the employee lifecycle and aligns HR practices with the workforce needs of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices in line with applicable Pakistan labor requirements.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and workforce planning in coordination with department heads.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, performance processes and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.
• Oversee compensation administration, benefits coordination, attendance records and personnel documentation.
• Plan learning and development initiatives, support career progression and strengthen employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate HR reports and records, monitor key workforce metrics and recommend improvements to HR operations.
• Coach managers on people management practices and ensure consistent application of company policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management and practical application of Pakistan labor requirements.
• Experience leading recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and coordinating with operational department heads.
• Competence in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling and fair disciplinary processes.
• Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, attendance management and personnel records.
• Clear written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information and sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with hospitality teams and advise managers in a service-focused, fast-moving workplace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office tools and HR information systems.
• Organization, prioritization, reporting and problem-solving skills.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month.
