Technical Recruiter Intern

About the role

SkillGrid IT Services Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join its team in Lahore, Pakistan. The internship offers hands-on exposure to international IT recruitment and staffing, including end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening technical candidates, and working with global clients and technical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening technical candidates through job boards and professional networks
• Reviewing resumes carefully and comparing candidate experience with stated job requirements
• Organizing interview scheduling, follow-ups and multiple open tasks
• Maintaining accurate applicant records, trackers and spreadsheets
• Using email, calendars and standard office productivity tools
• Handling confidential candidate and hiring information with discretion

Required profile

• Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no recruitment experience are welcome
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a courteous and professional approach to candidates
• Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, and familiarity with common technology job titles and basic IT terminology
• Proactive, organized and target-oriented, willing to learn and accept feedback
