External Audit Manager - Rapid Innovation

About the role

EY Global's member firm Rapid Innovation is looking for Managers to join its Rapid Innovation team, supporting complex MENA audit engagements and the growth of the MENA Audit business, remotely or onsite. The locations mentioned are Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee audit engagements by defining strategies with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with EY's policies
• Execute complex procedures and manage the financial aspects of audits
• Support business development
• Build strong relationships, deliver high-quality work, identify risks and escalate issues
• Coach junior team members and contribute to recruitment, retention and training initiatives
• Maintain educational programmes for staff development

Required profile

• A strong academic record
• A fully qualified professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA)
• Minimum of 7 years of external audit experience
• At least 1 year in a managerial role at a reputable firm
