About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring a full-time, office-based Meta Ads Expert in Karachi (DHA Phase 5 and Gulshan-e-Iqbal branches). The role covers planning, running and optimizing lead-generation and conversion campaigns across Meta Ads, with a focus on data-driven performance and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales and brand growth, including CBO/ABO structures and full-funnel campaigns
• Research audiences, build custom and lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns, and test segments
• Work with the creative team, test formats (image, carousel, video, reels, lead forms) and run A/B tests
• Set up and manage the Meta Pixel and Conversion API, track leads and conversions, and troubleshoot tracking issues
• Monitor CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate, optimize campaigns daily and scale winners
• Analyse performance, report results and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with real results; 3+ years preferred
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets above PKR 500,000
• Experience with CRM integrations and lead funnels; service-based, matchmaking, education, healthcare or consultancy background is a plus
• Must be able to explain campaign decisions with data, not assumptions
• Screening questions on Pixel, Conversions API, attribution, budget and ROAS/CPL are mandatory; automatic rejection applies to post-only boosters, those who cannot explain Pixel or conversion tracking, or those with no campaign examples

• Lead and conversion campaigns, remarketing funnels, custom and lookalike audiences
• A/B testing, budget scaling, UTM parameters and GA4 integration
• Meta Business Manager administration and ads policy compliance
