Media / Public Relations Executive

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring full-time, office-based Media / Public Relations Executives in Karachi. The office works Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, across three branches (DHA Phase 5, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad). The role covers public relations, media coordination and event marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR campaigns that improve brand visibility and reputation.
• Draft, edit and distribute press releases, media kits and company announcements.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers and media agencies.
• Coordinate press conferences, interviews and media events.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare regular PR reports and track campaign performance metrics.
• Manage crisis communication and handle media inquiries and interview arrangements.
• Plan content calendars for media outreach and social media, and coordinate with designers, videographers and photographers.
• Assist in creating multimedia content and ensure all materials match the brand identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in PR, media coordination or similar roles.
• Experience as a TV show host or presenter.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, media monitoring tools and PR firms.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
