Instagram Executive

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a creative, performance-driven Instagram Executive who can grow followers, increase engagement and generate real leads through Instagram. The position is full-time and office based, working Monday to Saturday, with morning hours from 11 AM to 8 PM. The office is located in DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Instagram account strategically
• Plan and execute content calendars for Reels, posts and stories
• Create engaging, trend-aligned content
• Increase followers, reach, engagement and conversions
• Generate qualified leads through Instagram
• Monitor insights and analytics and optimise performance
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with design, video and marketing teams

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages
• Strong understanding of the Instagram algorithm and growth strategies
• Ability to create content ideas, captions, hooks and basic creatives
• Knowledge of Reels, hashtags, engagement tactics and audience targeting
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Result-oriented mindset focused on leads rather than just likes

Required skills

• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus
