Finance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate to support daily financial operations in Karachi. The role will involve managing financial records, processing payments, and assisting with audits while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, post journal entries, and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Oversee vendor payment processing, manage monthly payout processing with GL entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support daily treasury operations, monitor cash flow, forecast monthly fund requirements, and liaise with banks for transfers.
• Coordinate with external auditors, prepare year‑end financial schedules, and address audit queries promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with solid analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
