Finance Associate

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate to support daily financial operations in Karachi. The role will handle accounting, treasury and reporting tasks while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, post journal entries and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing.
- Process vendor payments, manage monthly payouts, perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support daily treasury activities, monitor cash flow, forecast fund requirements and coordinate bank transfers.
- Collaborate with external auditors, prepare year‑end schedules, address audit queries and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient with accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Organised, reliable and able to meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
