About the role
Industrial Services Pakistan, a leader in shutdowns and retrofit projects for the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner. The role will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, maintain proper books, and manage cost controls across projects and business units.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor projects, enforce cost control and track financial performance.
- Implement internal controls and accounting systems.
- Manage daily transaction recording at project and BU level.
- Handle income tax matters and ensure timely filing of returns.
- Lead the achievement of financial objectives and uphold the company QHSE policy.
Required profile
- Professional qualification: ACMA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- 5‑6+ years of post‑qualification experience in financial management within industry.
Required skills
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Project cost control and financial analysis.
- Taxation, compliance and internal controls.
- Business partnering and stakeholder management.
