Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage the day‑to‑day financial operations of a fast‑growing Web3 business. You will own the full accounting cycle, collaborate with legal and business teams on partner onboarding, and gain hands‑on experience in the digital‑asset space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end close.
• Prepare monthly management reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support partner and counterparty onboarding, including KYB checks and compliance documentation.
• Maintain regulatory and AML/CFT compliance across operating entities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.
• Assist with ERP rollout, data migration, testing, and documentation.
• Help prepare for audits and statutory filings.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or part‑qualified with a recognized accounting body; graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work consistently full‑time in a fast‑moving, lean team.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Odoo ERP (experience preferred).
