Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, ensure regulatory compliance and provide strategic insights that drive growth. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations, preparing reports and supporting senior leadership with data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance activities including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor and update budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyse performance, recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee cash‑flow, working capital and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants and financial institutions.
• Implement and improve financial processes, controls and reporting systems.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations, compliance and audit processes.
• Ability to work with remote and international teams.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
